My brother speaks combined German and Arabic, doesn't he? Anyway, this is where they moved from Jumeirah Lake Towers. As you can see on the first video, sheer construction and desert are the only views in the balcony. No metro, pool's not seen, no buildings, no urbanity. Nevertheless!!! This place is 2.5 times (estimate) bigger than the studio type we used to have in JLT. This is a one bedroom unit and yet this is WAY cheaper than the studio (smaller one). I'm not sure about the exact name of this place but, it's obviously new for there are still unfinished houses outside that's why the rent is still cheap. Haven't been there yet but I miss JLT already. :(
